Skills training workshops on ethics, research and experimental models of working with laboratory animals were held in collaboration with the Experimental Medicine Research Center and the Pharmacology Department of Tehran University of Medical Sciences for 3 days from the 1st to the 3rd of December 2019. In these workshops, respected teachers provided practical information and training on the principles of ethics and working methods, experimental models of skin damage, and the induction of seizures in laboratory animals. At the end of each workshop, the participants were awarded a certificate of attendance with the signature of Prof. Ahmad Reza Dehpour, Honorable Director of the Experimental Medicine Research Center and instructor of the mentioned workshops. It should be noted that about 80 researchers and students participated in this workshop. These workshops with the executive management of Dr. Alireza Partoazar and the best administrative experts, for the second time, the participants were evaluated at a very good and satisfactory level. In a way, a number of participants applied for new workshops on experimental and methodological models. Thus, the management of the workshop was persuaded to adjust a new program for the upcoming seasons of the university, considering the potential of holding new workshops on experimental models and developing the current workshops.
