Message from Dean

Experimental Medicine Research Center has been established to promote research in medical sciences, provide appropriate models for pathophysiological examination of various diseases and their exploitation with the clinic. The goal will be discovering scientific findings and their logical association from lab to clinic.

Brief Overview

Currently, Experimental Medicine Research Center is headed by Prof. Ahmad Reza Dehpour and an associate of the Board of Trustees who are scientist and professors in basic and clinical sciences. The center is located on the eastern side of the Department of Pharmacology (same as the old experimental medicine building, was opened in 1967) in school of medicine. The main emphasis of this center is conducting the translational medicine researches, which uses standard experimental models to explore new technologies and methods. The goal will be discovering scientific findings and their logical association from lab to clinic.
